How to Adjust an New Cars Hub Motor for Reversible Rotation

An New Cars hub motor is reversing. After replacing a bearing, the wheel stopped turning.

After rewiring, it reverses normally, but when connected to forward rotation, there's an abnormal noise and the speed is significantly slower.
The motor has three thick wires (yellow, green, blue) and five thin wires (red, black, yellow, green, blue).
There are two reasons for the motor reversing: either the motor phase wires are reversed or the controller is faulty. It's recommended to first check the motor phase wires; the three thick wires are generally not damaged.
Connect the three motor wires according to their colors. For the five thin wires, if the colors are the same, connect them according to color. If they are different,
Except for red and black, which cannot be changed, try swapping the others.
