The Dongfeng Yipai 2025 eπ007 is a New Car, a representative work of the "national team" (referring to the Dongfeng Motors' automotive industry) that has successfully broken through the B-segment size barrier with A-segment pricing. The new car is 4880mm long with a 2915mm wheelbase and a drag coefficient of only 0.209. It features frameless doors with hidden door handles, an adaptive electric rear spoiler, and a continuous taillight assembly. Shorter than a used Chevrolet Malibu, yet lower than a Ford Transit commercial vehicle, it offers agile maneuverability and easy parking in underground garages and on city streets.

 

The interior features a minimalist cockpit design, with a 15.6-inch 2.5K floating screen and a 10.25-inch LCD instrument panel. It incorporates a Qualcomm 8295P chip and the eπOS 2.0 system, supporting split-screen interaction and dual AI voice control via "Doubao" and "DeepSeek". The seats are perforated Nappa leather, with heated/ventilated/massaging front seats. The rear seatbacks are adjustable and can be folded down in a 4/6 split, creating a flat floor, allowing for comfortable long journeys for five passengers. The trunk has a standard volume and depth of 2 meters, enough to accommodate skis laid sideways; the space is more organized than other new energy SUVs and pure electric coupes in the same price range, and the battery does not encroach on the floor.

 

Powertrain options include range-extended and pure electric: the range-extended version features a 1.5L range extender + 160kW rear-mounted motor, offering a pure electric range of 230km and a combined range of 1230km, with a fuel consumption of 4.2L/100km when the battery is depleted; the pure electric version offers a choice of a single motor (160kW/200kW) or dual motors (400kW), achieving a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 3.7 seconds, a range of 530-650km, and 80kW fast charging (30%-80%) in just 30 minutes, allowing for immediate departure upon charging. All models come standard with Hesai ATX lidar and 29 sensing hardware devices. The Tianyuan T200 system supports high-speed NOA and all-scenario intelligent parking, providing a more advanced intelligent driving capability than pure electric new energy vehicles.

 

Compared to commercial MPVs, it has a shorter body and is easier to park; compared to Used Cars, the new car has LiDAR and 4C fast charging; compared to other pure electric new energy vehicles in the same class, it offers a rare 650km true range and 0-100km/h acceleration time of 3.7s in the 110,000 RMB price range, making it suitable for both city commuting and weekend mountain driving.
